16 Discharges and deficiencies in sewerage systems and serious treatment problems
6 Due to chemical, light and/or acoustic pollution
1 Damage to historical and cultural heritage in the DMPT
3 due to accumulation of marine debris
3 for dredging and harbor expansion without justification
4 Impacts on biodiversity (4), although this is usually collateral damage with any other Black Flag award.
